Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
Returns & Replacements
Eligibility
- You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- To qualify, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags
- Free from physical damage caused after delivery
Return Not Accepted If:
- The item is used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- The return request is made after 7 days
- The item falls under hygiene-sensitive products (if any)
Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of:
- Outer packaging
- Product damage
- Product label
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or return pickup.
Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order details
- Our team will approve the request (if eligible)
- A pickup will be scheduled through our courier partner
- Refund/Replacement will be processed once the returned item reaches our warehouse
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
- Refund mode will be the same as the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped without any charges.
- Full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
After Shipment
- Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
- You may still request a return after delivery (as per return policy).
Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us and a refund will be issued (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).
